Groups for cultural or tourist associations can be booked for a maximum of 25 people in addition to the guide who must be licensed following the regulations of the Ministry of Tourism.

TOUR GUIDE QUALIFICATION

The relevant implementing regulation-Decree of the Minister of Tourism No. 88 of June 26, 20 24-was published in the Official Gazette, General Series No. 150 of June 28, 2024. It is scheduled to enter into force on July 13, 2024.

The association or group that intends to use its own tour guide must at the time of booking provide personal data and authorization directly to the reservation center of the Holy Spirit in Saxia.

Maximum number of participants per group: 25 including chaperones, in case of higher number the class will be split into two groups and two guides, two chaperones, two vigilantes. It is advisable to make reservations at least 15 days in advance of the requested date.

Below you can find the conditions of access to our monumental sites provided by the

Arrangements for booking:

  • Guided tours can be scheduled with mandatory reservation for a maximum of 25 people (in addition to the guide) to Groups, Universities ,Educational Institutes and Cultural Associations, organized with their own licensed tour guide, on weekdays including Saturdays and Sundays .
  • The tour may last up to two hours per tour.
  • Precise indication of any or all of the following places of interest is required.
  • Admission to the Monumental Complex of S. Spirito in Sassia is established at a cost of 15.00 euros per visitor ( free admission for the accompanying person) in addition to the support of a vigilante for the duration of the visit, the cost of which is to be agreed upon with Commander Aloisio, Email: f.aloisio@romaunionsecurity.it
  • The contribution can be paid by bank transfer to ASL Roma 1 using the following bank details to make the transfer. Information can also be found ONLINE.

  1. Certification as a licensed tour guide, teacher at a school institute or Athenaeum, or similar attestation of entitlement to carry out guided tours according to current regulations .
  2. Name list of participants (to be entered in the form below)
  3. Certificate of payment made to the Supervisory Service.
  4. Certificate of payment for guided tour of the Monumental Complex of S.Spirito in Sassia.
  5. Liability release form ( last page of the Regulations) completed and signed.
