Access to the Lancisian Library for both study purposes and guided tours is allowed exclusively by appointment, as stipulated in the Service Charter and Regulations.

Reservations
Access to the Sistine Wards, Cloisters and Salone del Commendatore is temporarily allowed, exclusively by reservation for a maximum of 25 people (in addition to the guide) to groups accompanied by a licensed tour guide, to Cultural Associations and Schools and Educational Institutes of all levels. It is possible to request the assistance of one’s own guide at the time of booking, as long as one has a “Tourist Guide” authorization to be kept clearly visible during the visit.
OPENING HOURS.
- Study and consultation : by reservation only
- Days: Wednesday and Thursday (10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 3 p.m.-5 p.m.).
Closed period: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Summer closure: August.
Warnings: no animals, food or drink allowed.
